Healing Methods

Neuroplastic Repatterning

Repatterning is a process that identifies and transforms patterns in your body/mind system.

It is a gentle, body-based way to improve brain conductivity after post-traumatic events, working with the skeletal framework (bone), and the dense fibrous tissues (fascia).

Our brain is a dynamic, adaptive organ with incredible potential to change

Pain is the messenger that the body provides to let us know when something is out of balance/sync.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a noninvasive orthopedic manipulation applied with light touch that balances the rhythmic pulse of the cerebral spinal fluid. This rhythm is initiated at birth with the compression and decompression of our skull in the birthing canal.

It relieves pressure on the brain, cranial nerves, and spinal nerves. It is supportive in the release of trauma, chronic pain, headaches, and numerous other conditions. It treats the core of your nervous system.

Neuromuscular Re-Education

Neuromuscular re-education is a technique to restore normal movement patterns and communication between nerve signals and muscle movement, which can be affected or damaged by trauma or medical or neurological conditions.

Trauma creates an inflammatory response in the body, experienced as pain or restriction to movement. With gentle pressure applied to fascia and muscles, mobility can be restored and inflammation can be reduced.

Visceral Manipulation

The connective tissues that support the organs and the muscles of the digestive system can develop restrictions in response to irritation, injury, or illness. These restrictions can limit the mobility of organs or cause a pull against the skeletal structure.

Visceral manipulation can improve organ function and some chronic spinal pain.
